Job Opening - Customer Service & Documentation Officer
A Singapore-based NVOCC Line and Freight Forwarder with her current staffs all previously from Shipping Lines.. Due to expansion, we have immediate vacancy for the following:-
Customer Service & Documentation Officer
Responsibilities:
• Provide advice relating to Company products
• Tele-marketing / cold calls
• Enhance customer rapport by delivering excellent customer service
• Liner or forwarding documentation support to customers
Requirements:
• Prefer with relevant work experience in Shipping Line or Freight Forwarding
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Outgoing personality and capable of developing good rapport with customers
• A team player with lots of drive and self -motivation
• Independent and work with minimum supervision
